Plus icon appears in Adobe PDF

A tiny "plus" icon will appear in your real estate flyer if the content box overflows with text or blank spaces. To fix the issue you can try 2 solutions:

1) Double check to see if there is any extra text by using the scrollbar to see if there is any extra text and delete it

2) If you don't see any text the plus sign is there because you have at least 1 blank line at the bottom of your text box. To remove just hit backspace.
